You can either purchase them online from the credit bureau's website, or if you have recently been denied credit you may be entitled to a free copy depending on the state you live in and the FACTACT.

Every lender has their own scoring system, but most lenders use the scoring system that the 3 major credit bureaus use.
How can I improve my score?
There are several easy ways to not only keep your credit clean, but also improve your score. First, pay all your bills on time. Keep your credit card balances below 30% of the credit limit. According to FICO©, There are Five Factors that Control Your Score

•30% of your score is based on the Amount of Debt You Owe and The Percentage of What You Owe to Your Credit Limit
•15% of your score is based on the Length of Credit History of your Accounts.
•10% of your score is based on the Amount of new credit lines that are opened
•10% of your score is based on the types of credit that are used on your file.
What are the major credit reporting agencies?
The 3 major credit bureaus are Equifax, Experian, Trans Union.
There is also a 4th reporting agency that is out there named Innovis.
Do all three credit bureaus report the same information?
Depending on which lender you go through will determine which credit bureau the item will appear on. Your credit items can report on any of the 3 or all of the above.
How long does the credit repair process take?
It could take as little as 30 days or up to six months to see results . It all depends on the client and the credit situation.
